A 76 year old male presents with pain his chest and back. Chest x-ray
shows multiple rib fractures, x-ray of his spine shows wedge compression of
his lumbar vertebrae. His ESR is very high , calcium levels are elevated and
there is Rouleaux formation on his blood film

A 60 year old male presents with a history of fever and tiredness. On
examination he is noted to have splenomegaly.
