A 26 year old pregnant female presents with a history of swelling
of her ankles. She in the 36th week of gestation of her first
pregnancy and has been previously well with no significant past medical
history and no family history of note. She does not smoke or drink alcohol.
On examination you note bilateral pitting ankle oedema, her BP is
170/120 and she has 3+ protein in her urine.

ALT 120 U/L
