A 26 year old female presents with a history of feeling tired and listless. There is no significant past medical history and she is not on any medication. There is no relevant family history. She works at a call centre and says she is finding it difficult to cope with her job.

Urea 3.5 mmol/L

Sodium 138 mmol/L

Potassium 3.8 mmol/L

Calcium 2.0 mmol/L (corrected)

Phosphate 0.6 mmol/L

Alkaline phosphatase 250 U/L
